TCS works with medium to large size businesses to design, install, and provide ongoing service for phone systems, networks, computer systems, surveillance systems, and structured cabling.

Responsibilities: * Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, qualifying accounts and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. * Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements. * Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. * Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts. * Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts. * Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. * Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. * Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
